Sula Swim understands that choosing the correct size can be difficult therefore we will happily exchange any clean unworn, unwashed or unused swimwear that was sold at full price. We do not exchange sale items. Sula Swim does NOT offer refunds.
The swimwear must be in its original packaging with hygiene sticker and garment tagging still attached. It is only when swimwear has arrived to the customer as a faulty good, incorrect order or size that we will accept exchange requests. We will not exchange a customers change of mind.
Customers with the need to exchange must email our customer service office within 7 days of ordering. We will respond within 48 hours with the exchange process.
Once we have received your exchange swimwear we must approve the request to assure it meets the exchange criteria as seen above. Please allow for 1 to 4 business days for us to confirm we have received your item and that we have begun the exchange process.
